*TOP TIP* 60% chocolate works best, however if you don’t want to use chocolate chips, you can use sultanas or any other seeds, nuts or fruits that you would prefer. The more ingredients you add, the more the mixture might get a little drier, so you might need to play around with the measurement of the wet ingredients.
These easy banana oat biscuits are quick to make and are perfect for breakfast or as a snack! If you would rather something a bit more like a granola bar and a little sweeter, check out this recipe for flapjacks here!
