Meet up with a friend

It’s time for a catch up! Sometimes all you need is a good chat and to get your thoughts off your chest or just a good gossip to take your mind off of things.

Get moving

It may be cold outside but wrap up and get out!
Go for a lovely walk in the fresh crisp air and try refresh your mind.
Not only are you being active but you are soaking up all the sunlight you can get before the sun starts to set again.

Change up your diet

Try not to get into the habit of eating badly, like a lot of sugary comfort food.
Try eating a little bit healthier in order to fuel your body and give you a prolonged energy boost.

Although there’s no harm treating yourself to few chocolate bars along the way!

It will give you something to look forward to and focusing on future plans will keep your mind off of your thoughts from today.

It’s totally normal but it’s important to ask for help when it all gets too much.
It can be asking for a friend to help mind your kids so you can have a short break to go on a walk or anything you feel you need to do.
Everyone needs a helping hand sometimes and there is nothing wrong with seeking help, it’s the best thing you can do.
