The Bodycoach Welcomes Son

The Bodycoach Joe Wicks welcomed his second baby on the 14th December.

A baby boy born at 5lb 14oz came as an early Christmas present, 3 weeks before his due date!

Joe said: “Went down the hospital to have a check up yesterday. Left with a baby. 3 weeks early”.

He had a wealth of messages and put his fans at ease by saying: “He had a bit of water on his lungs as he came out quite fast. That’s why he’s got the air up his hooter. It helps him breathe and clear the water quickly”

“Both mum Rosie and bub are doing well,” he added.

Rosie recently did a pregnant photoshoot including their daughter Indie, which Joe posted, and she looked absolutely glowing.

We bet she’s happy she was able to do that before having her little baby boy!
