Social media is littered with celebrities who have bounced back to their pre-pregnancy shape very soon after having their baby.

Every single body is different and while one woman might lose their baby tummy quickly, for the most part this isn’t actually the case.
Recently Stacey Solomon has been applauded for showing off her bikini body on a break in the Maldives.

She doesn’t hold back when telling her followers how it is after having a baby and all the changes that come with it, saying “I love my body. Every bit of it.”

Stacey had her son Rex earlier in the year and has no fear being very transparent with her fans. She looks absolutely amazing and this didn’t go unnoticed by her fans who were showering her with beautiful comments about her body positivity.

So many things happen after having a baby and a woman’s hormones are all over the place and the pressure they feel to look a certain way in immense.

Women are afraid to embrace their post pregnancy body after making a miracle happen. This is slowly changing with the help of celebrities like Stacey Solomon showing the real side to pregnancy and parenting.

It is okay to not fully care about how you look after having a baby and there is no rush to start thinking about an exercise regimen. Just embrace the time you have being a mum, and love the bump you have left. After all your body did something amazing.
