Millie admitted that she is ‘in awe of what her body has achieved!’. The Made In Chelsea star wrote a lengthy caption along with her gorgeous image of her showcasing her body. Despite being not completely happy with her body, she is fully proud of what her body has achieved. Her daughter was worth “extra inch, pound and stretch mark. My body made me a Mother and for that I’ll always be grateful”.

We are so glad that Millie has taken to Instagram to talk about body positivity because as it all helps in normalising the post partum body. Every woman after giving birth shouldn’t have to feel the pressures of ‘snapping back’.

Women need to “learn to let ourselves off the hook”. Give yourself a break, let your body heal and appreciate the incredible trauma your body has suffered.
