Super healthy banana splits

What you need:

Makes 4

Get the little ones involved in making these with you. They will love putting their own together to show you how brilliantly creative they are.

4 bananas
4 tbsp Greek yogurt
4 strawberries, diced
8 raspberries
4 tsp strawberry jam
4 tsp Notella
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
sprinkle of granola to serve

What to do:

Slice each banana lengthways, then place into serving bowls.
Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl, stir until really creamy, then add a dollop on top of each banana.
Scatter the strawberries and raspberries over each bowl.
Add a teaspoon of strawberry jam to each portion, then a teaspoon of Notella.
Finally, sprinkle over some desiccated coconut and a little granola to serve.

Recipes extracted from The Baby-Friendly Family Cookbook by Aileen Cox Blundell, published by Gill Books, priced €19.99.
