Mothercare Ireland in Liquidation

Mothercare Ireland announced that as a result of Covid-19 they have had to go into liquidation.

The financial toll that the pandemic took on the company was just too great for the company to take. This has resulted in 197 jobs to be lost.

The loss isn’t just to those who have lost their jobs, but also to those who relied on the company for all their baby needs.

Mothercare, a family run business, are devastated by the news and said they had to make the “difficult” decision due to the “significant losses this year”. We will all be sad to see them go.
